Mike Oscar represents Global Flight Training Solutions (GFTS) in the Middle East. GFTS is an FAA Part 141 approved training organisation based at Immokalee Regional Airport, Southwest Florida, delivering ab-initio through to commercial multi-engine instrument training and hour building.
We work on the commercial side of that relationship in the region: airline cadet pipelines, sponsor-funded student programmes, and structured partnerships with regional operators. We are not a flight school and we do not deliver training ourselves.
Who we work with
Building or extending an ab-initio or MPL cadet pipeline who need a delivery partner with FAA pathway capability, year-round flying weather, and predictable throughput. We can structure cohort programmes, manage the commercial relationship with GFTS, and coordinate with regional partners for any in-country pre-training or post-training requirement.
Funding individual students or cohorts into a structured commercial pilot pathway. We handle qualification, the commercial structure with GFTS, and progress reporting back to the sponsor.
With a candidate who needs an honest read on the realistic cost, timeline, and career outcome of a US commercial pilot pathway before committing capital. We can run a short assessment and provide an evidence-based view.
UAE-based GCAA-approved schools, type rating organisations, and cabin crew training providers — where a collaboration with a US ab-initio school adds something neither side could offer alone.

Regional partnerships
We work with a small number of UAE and wider GCC training organisations on complementary programmes — including in-country CPL/ME-IR conversion, AUPRT, and cabin crew simulator training.
