Strategic Introductions

Some commercial outcomes depend on a specific introduction made the right way at the right time. We work with a small number of clients on those introductions.

What this is

The introduction is the work.

We make targeted commercial introductions for established businesses. The introduction is the work — not a deck, not a database, not a long retainer.

Typical situations where we are useful:

  • An international business entering the UAE needs a credible operational partner, an introduction to a specific decision-maker inside a regional group, or a relationship with a regulator-adjacent advisor.
  • A UAE business expanding its commercial reach needs an introduction to a specific counterparty — a distributor, a category buyer, a platform partner, a corporate procurement lead.
  • A transaction or partnership conversation has stalled because the right person is not yet in the room. We can sometimes change that.

What this is not

Things we do not do.

We are not a financial intermediary. We do not arrange financing, raise capital, or place equity. We do not provide investment advice or anything that would constitute regulated financial activity under UAE law.

We are not a recruitment firm or a sales agency. We are not a lobbying firm.

If your situation requires those services, we would rather tell you so and decline than take an engagement we are not the right firm for.

How we engage

Short and specific.

Engagements are short and specific. A typical brief defines:

  • The introduction or outcome the client is trying to achieve.
  • The counterparty or category of counterparty.
  • What "good" looks like — a meeting, a signed NDA, a defined commercial step.
  • The commercial structure for the engagement.

We will not begin work without that brief in writing.

Who we work with

Established businesses.

Established businesses with an existing commercial track record. We do not work with early-stage businesses looking for first customers — that is not what we are useful for.
